This
licence model is directed at customers who want the product installed
in their own infrastructure and in their own environment. Omniware will
deliver the procurement software and the implementation services. The
hardware and associated software, such as database and email servers,
are supplied by the customer. |

With
a hosted product the licence is purchased as if it were an Installed
Product, and the terms of use are the same as Installed Product.
However, for an additional fee, Omniware can install your contract
management system in our server-park, where you only need a URL to
access their software. All hardware and associated software is supplied
by Omniware. Furthermore, Omniware assumes all operational
responsibilities for server uptime, database backups etc. |

A
Service Product is a "pay as you go" approach on a yearly basis, where
your contract management system is hosted and owned by Omniware. The
customer enters a service agreement with Omniware whereby we supply the
software as a service (SaaS) to the customer for a monthly fee. |
