As the founder of Omniware, Parmi holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Nottingham and has worked at many companies including British Telecom, BMW, Hydro One, and MPAC.
Throughout his career, Parmi recognized that no single solution existed that could address all the needs of different billing scenarios. This realization led to the birth of Dynamics Billing.
Chris is a graduate of McMaster University and prior to Omniware was a Vice President of Sales & Marketing for TierOne OSS Inc. He has garnered wealth of experience working at SAS, SPSS, and Thomson NETg in both Sales and Management capacities.
Chris' career is best described as a creative sales leader focused on sales growth through repeatable, customer focused engagement.

Hitesh is a senior executive of over 25 years with roles spanning: CEO, CIO, SVP of IT services across various industry sectors, such as Utilities, Commercial, Healthcare, Education and the Public Sector. Hitesh held previous roles as an SVP in the Global Utilities team at CGI and CIO at Hydro One.
Hitesh holds an Honours BA in Computer Science and an MBA from Schulich. He has a strong passion for harnessing the transformative power of technology and leadership in organizations. Hitesh enjoys skiing, golf and nature hikes with the family.
Razvan brings a proven track record to Omniware of architecting and delivering high-performance, robust and fault-tolerant solutions serving over 100 million customer accounts.
As an architect and technical lead, Razvan has architected product lines, designed, choreographed, and contributed to complex products with over 1 million lines of code. Razvan has years of experience setting development processes and standards and coordinating geographically distributed teams. Razvan is experienced in API design, integration and mediation, microservices and distributed systems, real-time systems, elastic clustering, and concurrent and reactive programming.
