Dynamics Billing Version 12.2 Released

Omniware announces the release of its latest version of Dynamics Billing. Highlights of this release include:

New features for all billing types / industries

• Key Account Portal. A manager of key accounts can view and access information from all the Accounts within their region.

• Customer Portal. The current Account Balance is displayed at the Account header on the Portal. Payments are made against this Account balance. After the payment is complete, the customer is shown a separate dialog box with their payment details.

• Ability to email customers directly from Dynamics Billing using the client's email server.

• Added late fee reconciliation to key account invoices.

• Added Invoice Sort Order to Invoice Associated view and changed the sorting so that invoices in the combined PDF will be ordered by that field by default.

• The search within the Customer by Site does a wild card search by default. For example, searching for " John " will be equivalent to " John* " and will show all account names starting with "John"

New features for metered consumption / Utilities

• Added a new report Consumption History showing a history of all meters within a site and their consumption over the last X months.

• Added option to show a Usage Consumption chart on the customer’s invoice.

• Added auditing of meter billing exception changes to the Notes section in Accounts.
