Omniware announces the release of its latest version of Dynamics Billing. Highlights of this release include:
New features for all billing types / industries
New functionality to support customers paying off their outstanding balances with flexible Payment Arrangements. The current balance can be reduced and payments made on future monthly intervals
New capability ability to prioritize allocation of payments to invoices for particular bill cycles.
Options to define what limits to impose on Adjustments. This can be a dollar limit on a single adjustment or aggregate limits per day or per month. The limitations can be for all adjustments or against specific Adjustment types.
New functionality to add Account Deposits. A customer can be required to make a deposit prior to enabling a service. A deposit is made for a required amount, and payments are applied to it until it is fully paid. At any time, the deposit can be returned back to the customer.
New configurable options to Late Payment Fees to cap late fees at the overdue amount, and to prevent late fees from being calculated on top of previous late fees.
Can store land Parcel information with site / location records
New features for metered consumption / Utilities
Streamlined the process for billing users to manually create different types of meter reads.
