Dynamics Billing Version 12.5 Released

Omniware announces the release of its latest version of Dynamics Billing. Highlights of this release include:
New features for all billing types / industries
New Reports
Bill Period Invoice and Tax Revenue
Bill Period Invoice Revenue
Added services to validate accounts are on the correct bill cycles and to fix them when using separate bill cycles for different products.
Invoice templates can now be specified at any level in the account hierarchy. As an example, you can now specify different invoice templates for one section Account versus another section Account.
New feature to allow Operational Activities against customer Accounts. For example, tracking each time a maintenance happens on an asset for a given Site Account.
Added the ability for users to choose whether or not to stop after calculating usage when running a bill run, instead of having a single system-wide setting.
New chart Bill Period Status Counts on Active Bill Periods Page.
Added Invoice parameter options to prefix Account Numbers or External References on Invoices.
New features for metered consumption / Utilities
Meter Reads
Peak meter read events can now be created through the interface using the "Create Meter Event" button on the Account Product screen.
Added a loader for meter reads from the manual read sheet report.
New Reports
Company Move-In Move-out. This report shows all move-in and move-out for all Sites of a given Company
Manual Meter Reads Sheet
New feature to allow Operational Activities against customer Accounts. For example, tracking each time a maintenance happens on an asset for a given Site Account.
The Meter Read sheet includes a new column where notes to the meter reader can be added.
Multipliers will now get applied to peak reads during the bill run process, so that peak reads created through Create Meter Event will have the multiplier applied. The pre-multiplied raw peak read value will display on the Manual Read Sheet.
Invoice Vacant Accounts setting has been moved to a site-specific setting rather than a single system-wide setting.
Added a new field to Account Product to store the meter's physical location, which gets included on the manual meter read sheet.
