Omniware announces the release of its latest version of Dynamics Billing. Highlights of this release include:

New Features for all billing types / industries

• Provide support for integrating with the Oracle Multiview accounting system

• Late Payment Charges can now be canceled prior to appearing on an invoice.

• Setting on an Invoice to prevent generation of Late Payment Charges.

• Support to provide an alternate name for a product displayed on the invoice.

• The payments grid on the Account page now includes the balance column

• Simplified the process of defining GL Codes against products, adjustment reasons and chargeable items.

• Customer can send an email from the portal to allow case management tickets to be created.

New Features for all metered consumption / utilities

• Created a new utility invoice template supporting charge breakdowns for multiple services.

• Changed the number of decimal places displayed within the Charge Calculation Details section of the invoice to ensure that values are a minimum of 3 significant figures in cases where rounding to 3 decimal places results in less than that.

• Added the ability to set a unit of measure at the Meter or Product level.

• The Unit Designation field is synchronized from Realpage.
